If the weather does not play along for a hike, our younger guests in the house will certainly not be bored. Our child-friendly playroom ensures variety and fun for our little ones.
Do you want to just laze around during the day or in the evening, or keep your body fit while you're warm? Our modern gymnasium and our table tennis room offer balanced opportunities for sports, games and fun. This means that you also have several opportunities to relax or get active in our facility outside the apartment.
Our common rooms are popular meeting places. There’s something for everyone. Host an exciting table football tournament in a group or cook together. Our communal areas are spacious and contain everything you need. The Residence Daniela is therefore ideal for families and groups!

- The price DOES NOT include the tourist tax* of €2.70 per person per night (children under the age of 14 are tax-free)
- The apartments must be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure and can be occupied from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
- The specified number of persons per apartment must not be exceeded!

Cancellation policy
- Cancellation fee up to 60 days before arrival: we charge the deposit
- Cancellation fee up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the room rate for the reserved time
- Cancellation from the 29th day before arrival and in case of early departure or late arrival we charge 80% of the room rate for the reserved time, if the apartment cannot be re-let.
- The deposit is a processing fee and will not be refunded in case of cancellation. There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code. (Notification according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005)
- Something can happen before you travel. So that you do not incur any cancellation costs in the event of illness, accident or case of death, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
